Flower Production Manager
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill our Flower Production Manager position. This person oversees a flower team of 5-8 people to produce around 8 acres of high quality, organic cut flowers for farmers markets, wholesale accounts, and special events.
FARMSTAND & U-PICK LEAD
We are looking for one rockstar staff member to take a lead role at our year-round Farmstand and seasonal strawberry and pumpkin U-pick program in San Gregorio, CA. Help us sell our gorgeous produce, educate visitors about the farm, and create relationships with local community members.
TRACTOR DRIVER & FIELD MANAGER
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill our Tractor Driver/Field Manager position. This person oversees and contributes to a significant portion of the tractor work for the farm. This person is trained by and reports to the farm owner and is assisted by one or two other tractor operators. We manage two ranches totaling 120 acres and farm vegetables on 70 of those.
FLOWER PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
The Flower Production Assistant works closely with the Flower Production Manager and other flower team members to produce eight acres of high quality, organic cut flowers for farmers markets, wholesale accounts, and special events.
FARM MANAGER
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill our Farm Manager position. This person oversees the overall operation of the farm, responsibilities ranging from tractor work to personnel management.
